This one was super messy for me to make, honestly. I had watched Steve Lacy’s “Bare Maximum” TED talk and took it to heart. I wanted to make as much as possible.

I was officially starting architecture school and didn’t want to ever be too busy to stop making art for Faces. So I did this one during all of that. I ended up actually finishing it while I started my internship in Spain, which felt really good.

It was sort of a rebellious project. Like constantly I will try to push against anything I have to be doing and continue making art anyway.
