I named this project after a hiking trail sign I saw in Colorado. Buffalo Bill was apparently some highly regarded American soldier, but I imagined him differently. Someone down to earth, connected to nature, completely without worry.

Honestly, I made this project because I just love Colorado. I went there with friends and family right after my second year of college ended. It sounds funny, but my brain chemistry changed just by going. Not because I got high in Denver, but because I was surrounded by the only things that mattered to me. People I love, cool weather, and really beautiful nature.

It felt like my heaven on earth. Every time I go back, I feel that same huge amount of peace. This project is just trying to hold onto it.
